About your host
I'm Tony Sherock, and I help busy midlife professionals build health habits that finally hold.
On paper, I'm a Certified Tiny Habits Coach trained in the behavior-science method built by Dr. BJ Fogg at Stanford, a Health Behavior Specialist, a certified personal trainer, and a Thrive Global coach who helps corporate teams cut burnout.
I didn't always have this figured out. For about 40 years I was a train wreck. Sugar, fast food, two Sausage McMuffins three times a week, four Dr Peppers a day, on medications and feeling like garbage. I tried to fix it by going big, and I failed the way you've probably failed.
Then life got heavier. I caregave for my father for 17 months, moved my sister with Lewy Body Dementia across the state to care for her, and raised a son with autism using these same tiny, incremental steps. I didn't get healthy when life got easy. I got healthy in the hardest stretch of my life, using habits so small they couldn't be knocked over. I lost 50 pounds and got off medications I thought I'd have forever.
Since then I've helped clients from their 20s to their 60s do the same. The Tiny Habits Blueprint is what I build with every one of them.
What I believe: failing at your health was never a personal flaw. It's a design flaw, and design flaws are fixable.
